Unisex Washington Commanders Crocs Classic Clog

Two colours, held in disciplined alternation. The pair reads less like decoration and more like a banner folded around a form.

Design Story

The composition is built on vertical gold bands crossing a deep burgundy ground, running from the toe cap over the instep and down the side panel. That repetition gives the eye a rhythm to follow, and the curvature of the upper bends the stripes just enough to suggest volume rather than flatness. Visual hierarchy is managed through small interruptions: a mascot emblem in profile, a circular badge reading HAIL, and COMMANDERS lettering in gold stretched along the heel area. The heel strap arrives in solid gold, resolving the striping into one uninterrupted accent. Perforations punctuate the surface as negative space, scattering the pattern without breaking it.

Wear & Styling

On a clog silhouette, the artwork survives the curve. Large bands keep their legibility at this graphic scale, the badges act as focal anchors near the instep, and the darker sole creates a clean horizon beneath the printed upper. Seen as a pair, the mirrored striping reads as one continuous statement. Casual in posture, deliberate in colour.
